Within 14 days after delivery, we enable ready-to-wear items to be returned or exchanged; please notify us as soon as possible. The amount returned or exchanged will be less a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

To be accepted for return or exchange, merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." If we suspect the things purchased have been purposefully damaged or misused, we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange. The original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and we are not liable for return shipping charges.

Returns for loose diamonds must also include the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 fee to replace the certificate will be charged.

All things that are made to order, custom ordered, or personalized are final sale. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order if you have any issues regarding customizing a piece.
